Be able to share multiple screens simultaneously without having to switch to each one during a session.

That would be nice. Programs like TeamViewer and AnyDesk already support this feature. Participants can decide which screen they want to see. The program can also follow the host's mouse to show the screen where the action is taking place. All of our developers have 2 monitors, and in pair programming you don't always want to use only one monitor because the software doesn't support multiple monitor sharing.
